Dreaming of bad things?
March 10, 2006I once shared a certain dream that I happen to remember to a dear friend of mine. I was practically having a good time telling him about it, anticipating that he would be either amused or amazed about the silliness of that dream. Surprisingly, it turned out that his reaction was far from what I expected him to have. His face expressed terror and danger. I was shocked myself. I didn’t expect that a dream like this could scare him off. So, I asked him if something is wrong, and he said it’s my dream. Well, what’s with the dream? I only dreamed about losing all my teeth in broad daylight, just before going to work. And he said that, dreams like that have a very bad meaning.
I have given up being superstitious and all, so I wanted to know if there is a scientific explanation to dreams like this. It turns out that losing one’s teeth is one of the 12 universal dreams. Knowing that people around the world have dreamt of such dream eased me out. Some even had more terrible dreams than that like death dreams. But they have an entirely different meaning in reality according to this source.
Well, a dream is a dream. Let’s just take it that way. Say it as it is.

Really dackz! I still haven't experienced that though, well, as far as I remember, that is. It's like having a two dreams happening at the same time. Weird, but I think it is an interesting experience.
